Monday, Nov 4 • 19:00pm we all meet for the official opening and get to know the opponent
Players at the Beer Garden in front of the Kosa Hotel. The reason for the
meeting on Monday night (November 4) is primarily a general welcome, social
get together, and for the General Venue to be restated. At this time, the
teams for Day One Texas Scramble will announced (and posted in the lobby of
the Kosa Hotel, as will the schedule for each day, on the night before).
Questions regarding rules or general info of the competition will not be
discussed. All questions can be directed to your Team Captains.
Attendance of all players is expected.
Tuesday, Nov 5 • 09:00am to at the latest, be ready at the Singha Park Golf Course. First group out at 09:30am. Check in with Frank Schwarz or Tim Seitz to receive your Score Card.
• Results and price presentation at the Course Club House after completion of the competition.
Wednesday, Nov 6 • 09:00am to at the latest, be ready at the Singha Park Golf Course. First group out at 09:30am. Check in with Frank Schwarz or Tim Seitz to receive your Score Card.
• Results and price presentation at the Course Club House after completion of the competition.
Thursday, Nov 7 • 09:00am to at the latest, be ready at the Singha Park Golf Course. First group out at 09:30am. Check in with Frank Schwarz or Tim Seitz to receive your Score Card.
• Return your Score Card to Frank Schwarz or Tim Seitz after the round.
There will be no prize presentation at the Course.
• Awards Ceremony and closing dinner at 19:00 pm at the Pool of the Hotel Kosa.
ON EACH DAY OF THE COMPETITION WE SUGGEST THAT ALL GOLFERS BE AT THE FRONT DOOR OF THE KOSA HOTEL NO LATER THAN 07:55, CLUBS IN HAND READY TO LEAVE AT 08:00 OR BEFORE. THOSE DRIVING CAN HAVE THEIR VEHICLES IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL AT THIS TIME AND CAN FOLLOW SOMEONE THAT KNOWS HOW TO GET TO SINGHA PARK. KHON KAEN HAS A BRIEF BUT VERY INTENSE MORNING RUSH HOUR AND EVERY YEAR, SOMEONE GETS LOST. FAILURE TO BE ON THE TEE AT YOUR ASSIGNED TEE TIME CAN RESULT AS A DEFAULT FOR YOUR TEAM
